United Way
of Central Ohio
VLI’s summer academy has
received generous support from the United Way of Central Ohio, which
is unique in its focus on community impact. The VLI Benjamin
Banneker Summer Academy was determined to be consistent with the
UWCO community impact approach of no longer simply raising and
distributing money to non-profits, but rather identifying programs
that represent proactive, permanent solutions to the root causes of
our community’s most challenging problems, in an effort to strive
for achieving lasting results. |
