A powerful, interactive decision-making strategy workshop where students use the two questions: “Why am I doing what I’m doing?" and "What are the possible results?” to build a successful life – good decision by good decision. Using magic, humor and biographies of life’s winners challenges young people to use daily “right choices” to “write” a powerful story with their lives.

Research has clearly shown that most classrooms are not designed to capture and hold the focus of young Black males. Not only are African American males predominantly visual learners, they are also heavily influenced by kinesthetic behaviors. This weekly session will identify behaviorally-challenged boys and help them modify their behavior through the use of the arts.

This program identifies African American and Latino 5th through 10th grade female students to engage in bi-weekly meetings to discuss where they are, where they want to go, and the process (work) necessary to get them there.

Gentlemen’s Club: Turning Boys Into Gentlemen

This process begins by “capturing” at-risk males, especially African American and Latino young men, and helping them see themselves differently. In turn, the world will perceive them differently.
